During the initial consultation we cover your full health history and current concerns in great detail. Towards the end of the visit, we will go through a ‘head to toe’ assessment to ensure that I have covered every aspect of your case. It is important during this visit for me to understand how you uniquely experience your symptoms on a physical, mental and emotional level, rather than simply what symptoms or diagnoses you have.
I recommend that you prepare beforehand by securing a private space with good internet connection and limited distractions for this lengthy visit.
Approximately 4-6 weeks after your initial consultation we will meet for your first follow up visit to assess your response to the recommended remedy. While every case varies, follow up visits will typically be scheduled every 6 weeks for the first few months. As your symptoms improve, follow-up visits will be spaced further apart.
It is important to schedule follow-up appointments for a time when you are in a location where you will not be distracted and where your internet connection is strong, so that we can maximize our time together.
